2006 Chevy Duramax – Diesel By Rich’s

We took off the restricted 3.5 exhaust and upgraded to a full 4-inch turbo-back mandrel-bent exhaust with a flow// Stainless 8 inch round muffler to keep a conservative tone in the inside interior. We finished the exhaust system with a 6-inch stainless tip in 2000 degree matte black. While we opened the exhaust side we also needed to open the air intake side, so we replaced the stock restricted air box with an AFE Momentum air intake box. With the two upgrades, we installed the truck now has 50 more hp with 110 ft-lbs of torque, while decreasing EGT by 150 degrees. The best part is gaining the 3 miles per gallon WOW.
