We custom built and installed our split dual exhaust using a Flowmaster 40 series muffler, 3 inch inlet and dual 2 1/4 outlets. We started from the converter installing custom 3 inch tubing being careful to tuck the exhaust so its above the frame rail. ELITE stainless Viper tips 3 1/2 inch. True dual systems will produce 16-18 hp and 1.5 mpg, the split dual systems only offer 3-4 hp with no mpg gains.
